This guide explains how to use your account and navigate the website www.cheapdata-gh.com .
- You can use this to:
- Log in
- View products
- Sell data
- Track orders
- Manage your account
- Sign In to Your Agent Account
- 1. Open your browser and go to: www.cheapdata-gh.com
- 2. Click on Login at the top of the page.
- 3. Enter your email and password.
- 4. Tap Sign In.
- Successful login will take you to your Agent Dashboard.
- Understanding Your Dashboard

After logging in, you will see your dashboard
area where you can: - See your balance
- View your orders
- Manage products (if allowed)
- Profile & settings
- Your dashboard may have tabs like:
- My Products
- Orders
- Earnings / Commissions
- Profile / Settings
- Viewing Data Products
- To see data bundles available for sale:
- 1. From the Dashboard, go to Products or Shop.
- 2. Tap a network category:
- MTN Data
- Telecel Data
- AirtelTigo Data
- 3. Tap a network category:
- Pick the bundle size you want to sell.
- Example
- MTN 2GB
- MTN 5GB
- MTN 30GB
- ...and more.
- You will see prices and network options.
- Selling / Placing an Order
- As an agent, your job is to sell data to customers.
- To sell:
- Choose the data bundle the customer wants.
- Enter the recipient phone number carefully.
- Confirm the network type.
- Click on Buy Now.
- Go to Cart → Checkout.
- Make payment (via the available options like Paystack).
- Wait for confirmation.

Once payment is made, the order will be processed and data
will be sent to the customer.
- Order Notifications
- You or your customer may receive:
- Email confirmation
- SMS confirmation
- when the data order is completed.
- Viewing Order History
- To see past sales:
- Go to your Dashboard.
- Click Orders or Sales History.
- You will see:
- Order number
- Data bundle sold
- Recipient number
- Date & Time
- Order status
- This helps you track your sales.
- Earnings / Commissions

Your dashboard should show your total earnings from sales,
If available: - Click Earnings tab
- You will see your commission balance
- You may be able to request payout
- Profile / Account Settings
- To update your account details:
- Click Profile or Account Settings
- Update:
- Name
- Phone number
- Profile email
- Save changes
- Make sure information is correct — wrong phone numbers may delay payouts.
- Important Rules for Agents
- Only enter correct phone numbers.
- Do not enter your number as customer number.
- Orders with wrong numbers may be rejected with no refund.
- Do not share your login details with others.
- Always confirm with the customer before paying.
- 10. If You See Errors
- If the site gives:
- “Invalid phone”
- “Order failed”
- “Payment declined”
- Then:
- Check the phone number
- Ensure correct network selection
- Try again
- If it still fails, contact support
